About Our Product

Are your cartridges remanufactured or refilled? Absolutely NOT REFILLED. We are not drillers and fillers who only open the cartridge, fill it up with toner and sell it as is. Our laser toner cartridges and some inkjets are remanufactured. Other inkjets are compatible.

What is a Remanufactured cartridge?

Original products disassembled and rebuilt with new parts, if needed. Fully tested, inspected and certified to specific standards for print quality and performance. It is then inserted in a preservative foil bag to prevent moisture, safely and securely packaged before shipping to its destination nationally or internationally. Guaranteed to be free from defect in material and workmanship during its lifetime.

What is a Compatible cartridge?

It is a new product that has been manufactured by other manufacturers to the original manufacturer's specifications. Guaranteed to be free from defect in material and workmanship during its lifetime.

What are the benefits of remanufactured or compatible cartridges?

They are an economical alternative to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) cartridges. Greater profit margin and guaranteed to perform and meet the OEM specs.

Do the remanufactured cartridges last long as the OEM?

FYI, after a cartridge is remanufactured, the product is tested in printers prior to packaging. Thousands of different types of cartridges are being tested daily and have never caused a printer to break.

Will using a remanufactured cartridge void my warranty?

Absolutely not! Your manufacturer cannot void your machine's warranty for using cartridges other than theirs. Remanufactured cartridges DO NOT affect printer warranties! In fact, it is a violation of Federal Law 93-637 January 4, 1975 Section 102-part C to void a warranty for using a properly remanufactured toner cartridge.

Are remanufactured cartridges supported by the Environmental Protection Agency E.P.A.?

The E.P.A. states that remanufactured products are "As Good As New". They also help protect and support the environment by keeping unwanted plastic and waste out of our landfills. A plastic used in a typical cartridge is industrial-grade and takes at least 1,000 years to decompose (paper takes two weeks) and cannot be recycled efficiently. Remanufacturers help in providing a way to reduce waste, help divert, on an annual basis, almost 4,000 tons of engineering-grade polymers from our rapidly diminishing landfill capacities. In fact, numerous Government Agencies procure remanufactured laser toner & ink cartridges for their requirements.

Yes, company checks are welcome. The company check must be received in house and cleared prior to shipping the product ordered. c) What mode of payment do you accept for overseas purchases?

It is mandatory that wire transfer be received in house prior to shipping the goods. Terms: We offer terms to company purchases.



A credit application must be filled out and faxed to us at: (866)350-0861. Our credit department will process your request. Processing takes between 3 to 5 business days. Refunds shall be issued only to the customer's credit card used for the approved amount to be claimed. On company check purchase:

expresstoners.com will issue a refund check for the approved amount to be claimed.

Return Policy:
What is your return policy?
Expresstoners.com is committed to the quality of its products and stands behind the promise of satisfaction and guarantee. Any product that is proven to be defective will be replaced or refunded in full for up to 60 days from the original invoice date.

The said defective product must meet the following criteria:

· The product has been purchased from expresstoners.com

· The product has not been exhausted (empty- use to life)

· The product has not been abused or mishandled.

The customer should return the defective product to us immediately. The customer must provide along with the defective product a written report describing the problem and include a copy of the test print showing the problem of the product. Please make sure to call us first at 866-350-0860, or e-mail our returns department at returns@expresstoners.com .


How do I return an item?

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) shall be issued within 5 business days for orders received defective or damaged. Please affix the label to the exterior of the package containing the returned product. The claim will be reviewed and upon approval, the replacement or refund will be issued. All other returns may be returned to: Express Toners Returns 20121 Ventura Blvd Suite 201 Woodland Hills, CA 91364.

We do not refund shipping charges unless the reason for the refund is due to something we did wrong. Example: We accidentally sent you the wrong item and you want to cancel your order.

If a refund is requested because the product arrived damaged, is defective, or you aren't satisfied with the product, we will gladly refund the purchase price of the item, but we will not refund the shipping charges. We may make exceptions to this policy, but only on a case-by-case basis.

If you refuse delivery on an order because you changed your mind after the order was shipped, or for any other reason, we will be forced to pay the return shipping charges. We will deduct the shipping charges from the amount to be refunded to you before processing your refund.


Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be adhered for all unopened returned products.
